I have orderded Amaryllis Evergreen, Chinese Lanterns, which are amazing, the new Geranium Buttermilk's yellow and sea hollies. I am so excited about planting the bulbs. These are exciting times:-) I need to get a life.

How did you learn to swim?

Posted on Mar 16th, 2009 by Elisha : Phoenix Elisha
This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for March 15, 2009:

My swimming instructor was a pervert, he instilled horrible vibes. My experience of swimming was when my brother put me under the water until I could'nt breath. I couldnt understand why I couldnt swim until I went on holiday with my partner who was a competitive swimmer. I realised then I could swim without fear:-) Not only that I learned to swim properly. Before I knew it I was swimming 40 lenghts without effort. Although I still cant swim under water, I have a long way to go:-)

Where are you on your spiritual path?

Posted on Nov 23rd, 2008 by Elisha : Phoenix Elisha
This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for November 23, 2008:

I have just started Buddha meditation to deepen my spiritual awareness. I believe you can change your actions. If you are able to accept any outcome, regardless of whether it matches your expectations, you become incapable of suffering and you will start experiencing joy even in the worst possible circumstances. By exercising, unfolding in spirit, body, mind and soul I am hoping to develop an integral approach to reach my fullest potential.

What's the best thing you've lost?

Posted on Nov 3rd, 2008 by Elisha : Phoenix Elisha
This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for November 03, 2008:

I have to say my mother has been a positive loss as she had the need to be there for everyone. I also have this need to be the problem solver, fixer, which doesn't always do me any favours. I need to stop trying to please everyone else and start to enjoy my own pathway of discovery and in fighting injustice!! I support liberation, justice and free will Yes I can! ObamaJ
